Brinks earned his Herding Capability Test title from the American Herding Breed Association 4/26/96. Brinks was Winners Dog and Best of Winners at the American Rottweiler Club's Region I Specialty in 1998. I owner/breeder handled him to this prestigious win. He finished his American Championship at that specialty, which made it even more thrilling for me. Brinks finished his Canadian Championship in 2 3-day weekends during the Summer of 1999. All of his points were earned entirely owner-handled. At the age of 9, Brinks earned his Carting Started title, scoring 99 points out of a possible 100. At 10 years, Brinks was awarded 1st place Veteran Dog at the Associated Rottweiler Fanciers of Northern California independent specialty on October 18, 2003.
